Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Create your account, use Atendlly for 7 days and only enter payment details if you decide to continue. If the trial ends without a subscription, the account is paused and nothing is charged.
How can I pay?
With Pix, boleto or credit card, processed by Asaas. The service invoice (NFS-e) is issued automatically and sent by e-mail.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; the period you already paid for stays active until it ends. If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
What counts as an "AI response"?
Each message generated by Copilot, the Atendlly AI: when an Assistant answers a customer on its own or Agent Copilot helps an agent with a suggestion, a summary or a rewrite. Every plan includes a monthly amount that renews each cycle, and you can buy extra packs that never expire.
Does it work with my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. Connect the number you already use with a QR code in minutes, or move to the official WhatsApp Cloud API. We offer an optional, one-time onboarding service for the official API.
